We have had unbelievable encounters with our heavenly father the past couple months. It’s an amazing feeling! God is blessing our ministries and saving lives. The last “concert” we had over 20 people saved and we prayed that God would save 2. He goes over and beyond our expectations we have for him. He blesses his sons and daughters when we are obedient to his will. He doesn’t want us to just sit around and do nothing he wants us to be doers of his word. Red Jordan has been “all out” for Christ this past year and God has shown us how he blesses those who do God’s work. When asked about the blessings God is putting in our lives  all we can ever say is WOW!!! God is Good ALL THE TIME!!

Do what God’s teaching says; when you only listen and do nothing, you are fooling yourselves.

So we are heading to Arkansas again!!! Woohoo! We love it there. Everyone is super nice! We have our trailer repaired so fingers crossed we won’t have another blow out. lol

Not only do we love the trip because of the people we get to meet but the time we have together in a vehicle. Most people would cringe at 4 hours in a vehicle with 4 other guys.  We see it as a way to get to relax have fun with each other. Stuff we don’t have a whole lot of time to do together as of late.  We also get to play with the band Overflow again! They have this insanely awesome way of ushering people into God that is just unbelievable!!

So as we are getting ready to bark on a new road trip, please pray for save travels, a incredible encounter with God, and a healing power over everyone that will be in attendance Saturday. I have a feeling God is going to do amazing things!!

So we are getting ready for our 2nd road trip to another state to play. It’s very exciting!!! We love to play for the first fruits. They are really receptive and rejuvenating. We hope to be rejuvenated again this weekend. We ALL need it! It’s been a very busy summer thus far and need prayer for God to continue to be the center of it all and the reason we sacrifice most of our free time for it. We will give you an update on our trip when we get back (or at least try. We haven’t even uploaded the pictures from Jonesboro)! Please pray for a save trip and an awesome time with God’s presence this weekend!!

Someone once asked me what is a worship leader? Being one myself I thought to myself no problem I’ve got this one covered. So I replied usually they lead the music part of a church service and assist in the ushering of people into God’s presence. So they replied oh so a worship leader is a song director. I said kinda but worship is more than music. Then the question came well what is worship? I didn’t have the answer to give but I knew what it was to me. I remebered asking our church youth group the same question and the answers I got were giving yourself up to God. Opening up and letting the spirit run through you. And my personal favorite acting a fool and not caring what others think. What’s amazing is they are all correct. We all worship in our own way. Worship is simply just emptying out yourself and pouring out everything you have to our heavenly father. That’s what worship is to me. What is worship to you and when is the last time you truly gave you all to God.
